I have problem with my Nymgo account: whenever I call any person, that person can hear me, but I can not hear them, so what should I do? I checked all the Nymgo and audio settings but nothing happened. What should I do now?

The easiest way to fix this is to call someone else. If you don't have any problems, it's very likely possible that the other person is having issues with their microphone and sound input options. Try chatting and explain this situation.
